The fastest path is to open a GitHub issue — it lets other users see the thread and add context:
For anything private (a screenshot of a real SMS, a billing question if we ever ship a paid tier, a security concern):
When you report a parsing problem, please redact your phone number and M-PESA transaction code before sending. We don't need those to fix a parser.
What we don't do
We don't offer phone or WhatsApp support. There's no live chat. Every exchange stays as text so we can reference it later — for you and for us.
